On Monday I got out on a hike with Jill.
Since it was rainy and we both hadn't hiked in a long time,
we decided on Wallace Falls.
The hike starts out flat, and is a nice stroll through mossy trees:
You can hike to the lower falls (1.8 miles), middle falls (2.1 miles),
and upper falls (2.7 miles). It's steeper toward the upper falls,
but it has the best view of your surroundings.
The middle falls has the best waterfall view:

Me posing at the middle falls. Check out those curly bangs!
I also got the chance to try out this new app called Peaks.
You point your phone in a direction and it shows you the view with the peaks identified.
You can take a photo like the one above.
It's so awesome!!! I can't wait to use it on a clear day.
Thanks to Jill for braving the rain with me!
