Today was my last day of spring break.
It went WAY too fast and I am NOT ready to go back to work tomorrow.
At least my house is clean and I have leftovers for lunch.
Tonight I had my family over for dinner.
The photo above is of the salad, which had
pears and walnuts and a lemon/honey dressing.
Super simple and pretty tasty.
I also made broccoli cannelloni, roasted brussels sprouts,
garlic bread, and red wine and pear sorbet for dessert.
