Today Lauren and I walked around Grand Rapids on a shopping expedition.
My favorite store was the one pictured above. I bought something
cute that I'll share later. I would have bought a lot more if I didn't
have to stuff it all in a carry-on tomorrow!
The owner of the shop has a blog that has fun photos of some of his projects.
Later in the evening Jason did some studying while Manny offered some support.

Jason and Jason made these amazing lentil-walnut burgers for dinner
with a side of beets from the farmers market. Delicious dinner!
I ate too much, as per usual.
Oh and Manny sits at the table. Such good manners.
My cats would be on the table...oops.
After dinner the Jason's practiced their med-school
skills on Lauren and we played a rousing game of Taboo.
That is one game I don't suck at, so I really like it.
It had been a great vacation and I can't believe it's already time
to head home tomorrow. We have a train ride to Chicago in the morning,
a lunch date in the city with Kara and Alex, and then the flight home.
I'd better get some sleep! (It's almost midnight here in Michigan)
I LOVE Manny! He's so "almost human" it's scary.
